One-Stop Permit Center & eService

The City’s One-Stop Permit Center is located on the first floor of City Hall in Suite 140. This is your location for all of your building and safety, engineering, and planning needs. Providing applicants with a central place to obtain development permits, the One-Stop Permit Center makes applying for and obtaining permits simple.

In partnership with Accela, Inc., the City’s eService system allows businesses to electronically submit development-related plans and documents to the City for plan and project review, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

The City’s Building and Safety team of professional engineers, inspectors, and friendly support staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of plan review and inspection services to our community.

Planning

Our team of professional planners strives to make the City a better place to live and work by overseeing the development of a prosperous and sustainable community. The Planning Division is primarily responsible for the review and approval of entitlements in the City and oversees zoning, land use, and architectural elements for local development.
